Leadership Principles
A study of the leadership skills necessary for becoming an effective leader and how to apply them in a ministry setting. Students will identify their calling, as well as their gifts, strengths, and weaknesses and learn how to build upon them to become more effective leaders. Themes such as casting vision, setting priorities, developing people, building a team, and how to be an influence will all be discussed.
