Kids Program

Hey Families! We’re so excited to have your child join us for Devoted Kids. This year’s theme will be “Stand Strong Together.” Kids will learn about the strength that comes from friendship – with God and with one another. We’ve been busy getting everything ready for an unforgettable time and can’t wait for it to start! Below are some helpful details.  AGE GROUP DETAILS

Nursery: 9 Months – 17 Months

  • Location: Room 1A/B
  • Activities: Free Play, Bubbles, Stroller Rides
  • Provided Snack: Puffs and Animal Crackers
  • What to Pack: Diaper Bag with change of clothes, diapers & wipes, comfort items, water cup – Please label all items with child’s name.
  • Lunch/Nap Schedule: Lunch at 11:30 and nap/quiet time to follow

Toddlers: 18 Months – 36 Months (2 Years)

  • Location: Room 2A/B
  • Activities: Free Play, Music & Story Time, Age- appropriate Activities
  • Provided Snack: Animal Crackers
  • What to Pack: Diaper Bag with change of clothes, diapers & wipes, comfort items, water cup – Please label all items with child’s name.
  • Lunch/Nap Schedule: Lunch at 11:30 and nap/quiet time to follow

Preschool/Pre-K: 3 & 4 Years*

  • Location: Room 3
  • Activities: Free Play, Music & Story Time, Bounce House, Age-appropriate Activities
  • Provided Snack: Animal Crackers
  • What to Pack: Change of clothes and water bottle – Please label all items with child’s name.
  • Lunch: Lunch at 11:30 and quiet time to follow
  • *5 year olds that are in Pre-K are recommended to join the Preschool/Pre-K class.

Elementary: K-5th Grade

  • Location: 2nd Floor
  • Activities: Large & Small Group Activities all designed around our theme of “Stand Strong Together”
  • Provided Snack: Animal Crackers
  • Lunch Schedule: Lunch at 11:30

DROP OFF DETAILS

Times:

  • Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of sessions.
  • If Session 1 starts at 7:30 PM, childcare doors open at 7:00 PM

Check-In:

  • Kids Check-In and Registration opens 1 hour prior to the start of sessions.
  • Stop at Kids Registration Desk to get your child’s conference bracelet. Then head to the check-In Kiosk for their drop off/pick up tags.
  • *Once kids have conference bracelet, you can go straight to the Check-In Kiosks for all future sessions.

LUNCH DETAILS

Bring Your Own:

  • Please pack a disposable lunch for the day sessions. Due to allergies, no peanut butter or nut products in lunches or snacks.
  • Make sure to label lunches with child’s name. An extra item tag can be printed at check-in.

Buy a Lunch Pack:

  • Lunch Packs consist of a lunchable, drink, and piece of fruit.
  • They’re available for a $5 purchase during the daytime check-in – Cash only.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Allergies: If your child has any allergies that we should be aware of, please make sure a volunteer makes a note of it in check-in and notify the volunteers at drop off.
  • Snack Alternative: If the provided snack doesn’t work for your child, feel free to pack a snack separately from lunch and make sure to notify a volunteer at drop off.
  • Breakfast & Dinner: We ask that your child has a full meal before being dropped off each morning and evening.
  • In-Service Contact: Pay close attention to the child numbers going up during the sessions. The numbers appear in red above the left and right screens. A text message may be sent if contact is necessary.
  • Labeling: Any and all personal items need to be clearly labeled with the child’s name. We are not responsible for lost or stollen items.
